At Mijbani, each laddoo is handmade in small batches, and every order is freshly prepared just for you. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

That said, we understand mistakes happen.
If you need to update your address, change quantities, or modify your order in any way, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Refunds & Replacement Policy

As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds if you simply don’t like the taste or flavour — all our batches are made with care, honest ingredients, and the same love our mums taught us.

However, if something has gone wrong from our side, we’re here to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

To help us understand what happened and resolve the issue quickly, please record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package.

This helps us verify the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Incorrect items sent
Quality concerns that are verified through the unboxing video
