We reserve the right to update prices, offers, or discounts at any time.

Orders & Cancellations

All our laddus are made fresh to order.
Because of this, we cannot cancel orders once they are placed.

If you need to make changes (address, quantity, or delivery details), contact us immediately.
We will try our best only if the order hasn’t been packed yet.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, delivery is handled by our trusted logistics partners.
Delays caused by weather, festivals, courier disruptions, incorrect addresses, etc., are outside our control — but we’ll always help you track your order.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
